- Responsible for planning and releasing purchase requisitions for production material, monitoring material inventory, and managing planning exception messages (expedite, delay, cancel messages). Will also work with the team to resolve material related issues due to supply constraints, inventory errors or demand changes. Will collaborate with the production planning team, procurement, quality, operations and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan purchase requisitions to meet planned production
- Work with production planners and procurement buyers to solve material related problems
- Escalate shortages and potential shortages
- Assist with supplier forecasting process
- High School Diploma
- Experience using Excel

- Established skills and experience in material or production planning
- Experience with MRP/ERP Systems
- Ability to work independently and take direction from others
