We are looking for a highly motivated, forward thinking and enthusiastic Maternity Care Assistant to join our Swansea Community Team. The successful applicant will be based in the community in Swansea and will act as a member of a multidisciplinary team working under the direct supervision and guidance of midwives and other professional staff. The Maternity Care Assistant will assist in the planning, implementation, evaluation and delivery of care, by providing support to the multidisciplinary team, women and their families
The successful applicant will be expected to be flexible in their approach to work, demonstrate initiative and be a team player.
The position is part time - working 22.5 hours a week.
