Job description
Little Flower School is looking for a math resource teacher. This person would provide individual and small group support to students in grades 4 - 8 who struggle to keep up with grade level expectations in Math. This person would be expected to plan and provide small group instruction designed to fill identified gaps in stiudents' learning. This staff member does not give grades, but they do collaborate and co-teach with other math teachers, comminicate with parents, and partner with the other resource teacher.This working schedule will range from 12 to 24 hours a week, and will definitely include Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday mornings.We are looking for a candidate who has experience teaching math and/ or tutoring students in grades 3 - 9. Ideally, this person also has training or experience with special education.
