Job description
Position Title: Designer
Location: Huntsville, Alabama (Onsite)
Contract to Hire
Experience working two or more of the listed disciplines:
· Mechanical-Machine/Equipment Design
· Mechanical-Piping
· Mechanical Ventilation
· Structural
· Electrical/Power
· Instrumentation /Controls
Software Proficiencies:
· SolidWorks (2-4 years of current experience required)
· SolidWorks PDM (experience preferred)
· AutoCAD (experience preferred)
· AutoCAD Electrical (experience preferred)
· AutoCAD P&ID (experience preferred)
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Huntsville, AL 35801: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Experience:
- Mechanical design: 6 years (Preferred)
- SolidWorks: 4 years (Preferred)
- AutoCAD: 4 years (Preferred)
- Mechanical-Piping: 2 years (Preferred)
- Mechanical Ventilation: 2 years (Preferred)
