Excellent career opportunity for a respectable multi-provider medical office in the Manteca/Ripon/Salida area. Seeking a mature minded individual who treat patients and coworkers like family. Hands on MA role, for someone who prefers back office duties, administering injections and other critical patient care.

Job Duties:

• Room patients, take histories and vitals, all charting. Utilize manual BP techniques
• Administer injections, children immunization shots
• Call in patients' pharmacy refills based on protocols
• Take messages from patients, and communicate back with Provider on requests
• Send reminder letters of appointments through EMR automated system.
• Will also assist in minor office procedures: mole and cyst removal, ear lavage and EKGs.
• Call in labs and get results from labs.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of Medical Assisting experience
• History of consistent tenure
• Excellent communication skills
• Character traits: Understanding, respectful, compassionate, organized, precise, reliable, dedicated.
