About us

We are an up and coming pure cosmetic plastic surgery office looking for a driven team member to help build the practice.

Responsibilities will include:

- answering the phones Monday- Friday 9am-5pm, taking new patient calls, scheduling consults and responding to basic questions.

- provide medical assistant duties Mondays and Wednesdays (hours vary) for clinic which consists of: taking medical history, basic suture removal and dressing changes, giving pre and post op instructions

- patient care coordination of surgeries to include taking payments, scheduling surgeries and pre and post op appointments

Schedule:

- Monday and Wednesday in clinic in El Dorado Hills. Hours vary but typically 4-5 hours a day.

- Tuesday, Thursday, Friday "on call" answering the practice phone from 9am-5pm. This can be done from home. You are paid for the hours you actually work, but a daily minimum will be given.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour

Experience:

• EMR systems: 1 year (Preferred)
• Vital signs: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• BLS Certification (Preferred)
• Certified Medical Assistant (Preferred)
