20% outbound patient calls explaining services to new patients and attempting to reschedule existing patients.

This role will require a fast paced individual during patient load days ensuring exceptional patient care. The position requires a lot of direct interface and constant communication with our patients explaining products and services that we offer.

About The Practice: Hormone Treatment Centers treats hormone / testosterone dysfunction is treated in men and women utilizing Bioidentical Hormones with two modalities of treatment either intramuscular injections or pellets. Our clinic also performs the following treatments:
