Must Haves
-1-2+ years of Medical Assistant experience
-Working knowledge of EMR Systems – ECW preferred
-Background supporting a high-volume office of 100+ patients per day between 3-5 providers, each MA is tied to one provider
-Comfortable traveling to other offices as needed in Jupiter, Stuart or West Palm Beach in emergency situations such as call outs, no shows, etc. (would be reimbursed)
-Vaccinated against COVID-19 (medical and religious exemptions accepted)
Plusses
-Medical Assistant Certification through the State of Florida or National Certification
-Background managing or working at a front desk
-Experience working within a surgery center or concierge medical group
Day to Day
Insight Global Health is seeking five Medical Assistants to join multiple Physician Groups for a large hospital system based in Jupiter, Florida. The Physician Groups each have a different specialty including Primary Care, Surgery and Concierge. Patients within the Primary Care office are typically seen for preventive care, general checkups, or assessing the urgency of medical health issues. Patients of the Surgery Center are seen for general surgery or for colorectal procedures and exams. Patients of the Concierge Group pay an annual fee to be seen by the providers and practice group for any medical concerns or questions. The Medical Assistant at each location will be responsible for rooming patients, taking vital signs, patient history, social habits and family history. They also could provide medical reconciliation and accompany the Physician while the patient is being seen. The Medical Assistant could help at the Front Desk as needed with answering phone calls, prior authorization, sending scans, prepping charts, misc. paperwork and additional administrative duties. The MA at each location must have a strong customer service sense and ability to maintain professionalism at all times. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of Medical Assistant experience within a high-volume office and previous background using ECW. It would be a plus for the MA to be Certified or Registered within the State of Florida or nationally and should have at least 1-2+ years of experience as a CMA.

Pay: $18.15 - $21.85 per hour
