Job description
Assists NorthShore providers with treating patients, utilizing established NorthShore nursing guidelines. This position may have assignments in adult medicine, pediatrics, or women’s health, and is responsible for maintaining the nursing QI/QA measurements in each of these departments to help ensure that quality patient care is provided at all times. We are currently hiring for full-time for our Hammond, Merrillville, Lake station, Portage and Chesterton sites.
Job Qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited program for Medical Assistant
- Current certificaiton/registration through NHA or AMT
- Maintain all certifications and licenses
- Current CPR certificaiton is preferred
