Come join an amazing staff and one of the nicest doctors on the South Shore and Cape!
Our physician is a pain management, PMR, and sports medicine specialist. In addition to seeing patients for evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment, he also performs interventional procedures in the procedure suites in our offices.

Our two main offices are in Norwell and West Yarmouth and you will work out of the West Yarmouth office 2-3 days a week (Wed and Thurs every week and some Mondays). If you are looking for full time, then you will work the other 2-3 days a week at our Norwell office.

Our staff loves to work for us because they are cross trained to do every job including assisting the doctor in the OR and rotate through the positions every week so the job never gets boring!

If you don't have experience, that's fine, we will be patient and take the time to thoroughly train you. But our work environment is fast-paced so we are looking for a bright, honest, and hard-working candidate that is good at multi-tasking with excellent interpersonal skills a MUST!

Here is some more detailed info about the position;

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:
- Help manage the daily operations and patient flow of the clinic.
- Perform patient prep and assist the physician in the OR suite.
- Use an Electronic Medical Records system to input patient data and record patient
encounters.
-Work collaboratively with team members (physician, practice management, and clinical
staff).
-Other duties as required.

Job Requirements:
-High School graduate or equivalent
-Graduate of accredited Medical Assistant certificate program *PREFERRED*
-Passed National CMA/CCMA exam *PREFERRED*
-Computer experience preferred
-Previous related work experience *NOT REQUIRED* , we are happy to train you if you are just getting out of school!

Skills and Abilities:
-Possess strong skills in organization, communication, and patient care.
-Possess the ability to work independently and prioritize responsibilities/duties in a safe
and efficient manner.
-Must exercise a high degree of professional judgment independently and in conjunction
with physicians.
-Possess interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with staff and to interact with
patients, their families, visitors, and physicians.

Compensation: Competitive Hourly Rate

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
