The Caring Healthcare Network is looking for a Data Entry Assistant at our Philipsburg, PA location. This position is full-time, (5) days a week.

We are looking for someone that has general medical office experience and willing to learn our practices and everyday procedures. This is a job for someone who is hard- working and enjoys a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail is imperative, while staying friendly and professional.

Job Description:

The role of the Data Entry Assistant is to promptly, efficiently and accurately execute all aspects of data entry procedures. Must adhere to strict HIPAA Policies and Procedures

Communicate effectively and interact with staff and providers.

Requirements:

• Must be detailed-oriented and organized
• Excellent and precise data entry and typing skills.
• Computer friendly and modern internet skills, a plus
• Familiar with EHR systems (preferred)
