Medical/HealthReceptionist
Our Team is looking for an outstanding Medical/Health Receptionist to provide customer service over the phone and in-person as the director of first impressions. Major responsibilities:

- Signing in patients and visitors, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries

- Responsible for insurance verifications with health insurance organizations

- Replying to inquiries in a detail-oriented and effective manner, while corresponding with phone calls within minimum rings

- Rendering administrative assistance to patients

- Maintaining various files and providing general office duties, e.g. scanning, faxing, data entry, etc.

- Making appointments, collecting co-pays, and providing receipt of money in accordance with established procedures

- Attending to the management of patient medical records

- Acting as a liaison with patients and providers in a compassionate and kind manner

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
