Part-Time Office Assistant

Location: Pullman, WA

Inland Orthopaedic Surgery and Sports Medicine Clinic is seeking upbeat, reliable individuals who are looking for a short-term opportunity in the orthopaedic healthcare field. Applicants must possess good customer service skills and good written/verbal communication skills. You will have the opportunity to work in a fun, professional environment with amazing team members and physicians. This position is available in our Moscow location. The position is temporary and will only last through the middle of
January.

The Ideal Candidate For This Position Will Have:

• Effective interpersonal skills to communicate both in person and in writing
• Strong work ethic and ability to prioritize multiple tasks and follow through in a timely manner
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as an effective team member
• Have initiative to ask questions, make proposals, and effectively problem solve
• Ability to clearly organize and maintain files and documents, both digital and printed

Skills/Knowledge/Abilities

• Excellent problem solving skills
• Skills in basic data entry
• Ability to exhibit cooperation, flexibility, and provide assistance when interfacing with patients, physicians and staff
• Ability to multi-task
• Skills in organizing and reporting information that is accurate and complete

Job Duties

• Proof reading returned transcribed office visit notes, printing and filing the notes in charts.
• Chart prepping for the following weeks clinic
• Scanning documents
• Filing paperwork into charts and filing charts alphabetically into the chart hall
• Returning faxes
• Performing other duties as needed
