Our busy medical practice is seeking a Medical Office Assistant to help support the day-to-day operations of our office. A successful candidate will assist medical practitioners with patients and support staff with administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills, a positive attitude and an ability to multitask effectively as well as strong communication skills. Customer service and office experience is a plus but not necessary. On the job trianing will be provided to the right candidate. This role is for both front desk reception and back medical assistant.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support.
• Greet patients and physicians.
• Assist the physician with procedure set ups
• Room patients and clean up following treatment
• schedule patients and check insurance
• file charts
