RefinedMD is looking for an experienced Medical/Cosmetic Receptionist who will be the first face our patients see when they walk in the door. Position requires a consistent positive attitude, a great sense of humor, attention to detail, excellent typing and administrative skills and all with a smiling face! A successful candidate gladly has the ability to connect and engage with patients from all walks of life. We want someone who loves working in the front with capability to learn quickly and has a strong willingness to learn on their own about our services/products. We are looking for candidates who LOVE the Dermatology, Cosmetic/Aesthetic and Plastic Surgery field. We want people with a can do attitude and willingness to take feedback to get better at the job. RefinedMD is looking for someone who is naturally energetic, outgoing and has a fun personality with a proven strength in sales skills. We are wanting people who naturally take initiative and genuinely have patient care at the top of their list. This is a great opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, especially for those with future aspirations in the aesthetic industry! We are looking for someone who has a polished appearance to represent the best for the aesthetic industry and clients.

Job duties include but not limited to:
Answering phones, checking patients in & out, inputting insurance, making sure patients fill out paperwork. Keeping track of personal email as well as practice email, patient reminders for following day, checking voicemails, returning calls, opening/closing office duties. Emailing new patient intake forms, keeping lobby clean and presentable at all times, learning about products, services and skin care. All while giving amazing customer service! We also help each other out to maintain a clean safe practice. Everyone helps with doing laundry, cleaning kitchen and being a team player when needed.

We are big on incredible Customer Service and a 5 star patient experience. The right candidate must have excellent interpersonal skills, be a team player but also be able to work independently. We are wanting someone dedicated to cleanliness with optimum organization and efficiency. You must be meticulous about completing work in an accurate and timely manner. Must be computer literate and efficient in charting patient info (Nextech experience preferred). We want someone who is extremely reliable and punctual since everyone who works here is important. You must have the ability to adjust responsibilities to accommodate a fast-paced work environment while maintaining excellent customer service. You must be someone who is a quick learner and open to feedback to help in success of their position and practice.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

COVID-19 considerations:
Safety is of high importance to RefinedMD. We have sneeze guards installed, take temperatures of all patient prior to entering the building. We provide our team with masks and gloves if they prefer. We also have hand sanitizer and hand wash stations.

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Computer Skills: 2 years (Preferred)
• Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
