Aneres Healthcare and Wellness Centers, LLC is a growing family practice office seeking applicants for an EXPERIENCED medical front desk receptionist. The selected candidate MUST possess a pleasant personality and maintain a professional demeanor. This is a critical position for the organization and thus experience with insurance benefits, co-payments, co-insurance, and deductibles is necessary. Experience with patient interaction and scheduling on an EMR is REQUIRED.

• Greet patients and visitors as they enter the business.
• Answer multi-line phones, schedule patient appointments, check patients in and out accordingly.
• Verify insurance benefits, collect co-pays, etc...
• Prepare the daily finance report at the end of the day.
• Responsible for referrals, voicemails, and preparing for the next day prior.
• Perform administrative tasks, complete appropriate client company and regulatory agency forms.
• Key data into computer to maintain clinic and patient records.
• Scan documents and attach to patient’s electronic medical records.
• Become aware of supplement inventory.
• Clean and sanitize work/patient area daily.
• Other duties may be assigned.
