We invite you to join our RadNet Imaging team as a Mobile Patient Service Representative. This part-time career opportunity will have 2-3 day schedule and be working with the Mobile Mammography unit to greet and register patients. The Mobile Mammography unit travels to different centers and provides Mammography screening and diagnostic services.
In this Mobile Patient Service Representative position, you'll get to:
- Maintain schedule, driving log, trip sheet checklist, maintenance logs, inspection forms, pre-trip check files and billing information.
- At each location, conduct set-up and tear down of the trailer
- Escort patients from the medical facility to the mobile unit, while ensuring excellent patient care, comfort, safety, and confidentiality

- Greet patients, answer phones, and register patients in a friendly manner.
- Obtain patient information, update changes in insurance, collects signatures and co-pays, and ensure accuracy and completion of necessary documentation.
- Pre-register, submit reports and documents, input clinical data as needed for appointment, and requests films as needed.
- Gives patients appropriate orientation for preparatory and safety protocols.
- Responds to patient's questions, and refer to supervisor when necessary.
- Communicate delays in appointments and offers rescheduling, if necessary.

- Must have one of the following: a high school diploma/general education degree (GED), one to three months of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Possesses and utilizes excellent customer service skills, strong public relations skills, and exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
- Must be detail-oriented and organized, possess clerical skills, and have the ability to interact effectively with doctors, referring doctors and staff, patients, vendors, peers, and management.
Pay Range: $20.00 - $25.00/hour
