Your role as a Chiropractic Assistant, AKA a “CA”, is extremely important, as you are the doctor’s right hand.

To Be Successful in this Position:

*You are extremely attentive to detail - This is key as a large majority of your time will be spent recording documentation at the patient visit. You are responsible for transcribing notes for the doctor, and they must be turned in to the insurance company within 48 hours of the time of the patient visit. (training in office is provided)

*You love working on computers - Most of your time will be spent working with our Electronic Health Records system transcribing notes and inputting charge codes for the doctor, so having a love for working on computers and the ability to learn new things is essential.

*You are health conscious - Our office believes in overall health and wellness, and we expect our staff to emulate that in their personal and professional life.

*You can multitask - Your position requires a lot of movement within the office, so having a personality where you can manage multiple tasks at once is imperative, as well as knowing the value of time.

*You are extremely proactive & diligent - You are the VIP for the doc! Being able to anticipate their needs (after you're trained up with our team) will make you stand out from the rest.

Essential functions:

*Accompany the Doctor in their Consults; Observe, listen and document patient concerns and health conditions.

*After proper compliance and coding standard training, you will support the doctor by transcribing and notating medical documentation completely and accurately.

*Work closely with the team to manage office efficiency, expedite flow, and maximize customer care so that patients have an excellent experience in the office.

*Assist in physical therapy modalities such as the traction table and electronic stim.

*Attend periodic training sessions and meetings pertinent to position.

*Perform other duties as assigned by the Doctor.

To be successful in this role, you must have a love for the medical field, and do well working in a fast paced environment, as well as be comfortable working on computers.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.43 per hour
