Job description
Job Summary
Provides Masters’ level clinical social to address patient/family psychosocial adjustment to illness and post-hospital care. Provides information, referral, and consultative services to patients, families and hospital staff.
Education
· Master’s in Social Work from accredited Social Work Program
Experience
· One-year medical social work experience, working with adult patients in acute or sub-acute setting preferred.
License/Certification
· BLS — Basic Life Support from the American Heart Association.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $45.47 - $60.63 per hour
