Job description
Seeking an experience customer service / Membership coordinator who has insurance background to work for a great growing company. This is a fully remote position with excellent pay that is temp to hire with after successful period and completing training. Equipment will be provided for you.

If you have a wonderful personality, can work independently, proficient in Excel and have customer service skills, this position is for you. We will provide you with training and support you need. We need someone who is eager to learn and likes to help people and can pick things up quickly.

Primary duties but are not limited is:
  • You will be creating various cases that include billing, creating new accounts and generating ID cards. You will then

  • Having an auditing background is important and you•ll ve verifying benefits and applying the correct code.

  • Prepares, analyzes and transfer documents of the cases and apply the correct voucher code.

  • You will be reviewing insurance enrollment and making sure members are enrolled on the correct product.

  • Follow company policies and procedures to complete complex tasks in creative and effective ways.

  • You will assist members to conduct research to give the member the best result available.

  • Ability to work in a team environment and significantly contribution to the team.

  • Work independently and resolve issues on your own.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 3+ years membership and billing service experience, or any combination of education and experience,
  • Insurance background is a huge plus.
  • Proficient on Excel and Office 360 is a MUST and will be tested on.

  • This is a Monday to Friday 8-5pm or 9-6pm work from home. Equipment will be provided for you. Strong internet connection is required.
