Kaleidoscope Education Solution (KES) currently has immediate openings for Mental Health Professionals in and around the Phoenix metro area. We have multiple, exciting opportunities for candidates interested in full-time and part-time roles. SUMMARY:
- Provide counseling, as directed by the student Individualized Education Program (IEP), Behavior Intervention Plan (BIP), or 504 plan.
- Conduct interviews and record reviews to help determine the need for services and frequency.
- Maintain student records with timely documentation of therapy sessions.
- Create and update IEPs.
- Determine students’ special education eligibility through collaboration with MET/IEP teams.
- Complete evaluations and progress reports as required by state and district regulations.
- Provide case management service as required by school districts, including scheduling, preparing for, and conducting IEP meetings.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Arizona certifications and license in one of the following: Social Work, Professional Counseling, or Marriage and Family Therapy.
- Up-to-date clearances and certifications.
