We are proud to be an integral part of a system that provides housing and mental health services for over 300 consumers. Front St. Inc. specializes in providing healthy living and wellness in a spectacular setting. This is a Full-time position eligible for Health benefits, 401K with match, holiday, and Paid Time Off (PTO).
Responsibilities:
- Provides case management and mental health services with a focus on skill development, wellness and recovery.
- Case management tasks ranging from linking clients to services and providing intensive clinical or rehabilitation services.
- Responsible for meeting daily billing requirements and MediCal documentation, e.g. progress notes and service plans.
- Candidate must have strong communication and computer skills.
- Must be able to pass Department of Justice criminal record clearance.
- MHRS or equivalent Medi-Cal signing authorization preferred.
- A good driving record is preferred.
- Preference will be given to MFT/CSW licensed or interns.
