Our client is an established, stable and agile company with a unique approach to the delivery of care. With a network of over 70 services across England and Wales, providing four services including: Mental Health, Neurological, Learning Disabilities & Autism, Children & Education, there is an opportunity for you to grow and move.

They are looking for support workers in the following locations:

Weston Super Mare - a rehabilitation service for men and women requiring a medium term placement focusing on active rehabilitation in order to progress into future community placements. Patients may or may not be detained under the Mental Health Act (1983)with a diagnosis of mental illness. The service has 24 beds for men and women over four wards within a modern, relaxed and vibrant setting. Referrals come from across the country and service users’ previous placements may include: secure services, acute hospitals and community settings.

Exeter- Either at a service for people with a learning disability and/or autism who may also have associated sensory, communication and physical needs as well as behaviours seen as challenging or at an acute female mental health service.

Cullompton- a newly opened mental health service for women requiring rehabilitation to support them getting back into the community, where conditions may include personality disorders, Autism and associated challenges. This new service is an ideal opportunity for people from secure ward settings who are looking for a less restrictive environment and are keen to support active rehabilitation and community participation.

Wellington-a purpose built 73 bed hospital in the South West for men and women with mental health problems. On the same site there is a separate 13 bed service for people with a learning disability who may present with mental illness, personality disorders and an autistic spectrum condition.

Shifts are 12.5 hours with full time, part time and bank available.

Salary £19,500-21,000
