Mental Health Technician
$32.50hr
30 - 37.5 hours/ week, 7.5 hour shifts, 4 - 5 shifts/ week.
Day shift 7 a.m. - 3 p.m..
Responsible for milieu management, patient assignment, checks and leading groups. Must possess verbal and written skills to communicate effectively and courteously with a diverse group of professional and non-professional members of the health care team, patients and family/significant others.
High School Diploma Required and a Bachelors Degree in Psychology or related field or equivalent experience is preferred.
At least one year of experience working with psychiatric patients in an inpatient setting is preferred.
C.P.I. Certification provided during orientation program.
BLS certification required.
COVID vaccination including booster required.
