Oasis TMS, a behavioral health practice is looking to hire an outgoing and self-motivated Mental Health Technician in our Indianapolis office. Primary Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):

• Office administration tasks such as front desk help, coordinating office activities, patient intake requests, handling of medical records in compliance with HIPAA, providing patient education, and helping to facilitate treatments.

Ideal characteristics of employee:

• The ideal candidate will posses an outgoing and dynamic personality. He/She will display a “patient first” mentality, exemplify a strong work ethic with integrity in and outside of the office, be detail oriented, possess strong organizational skills, and last but not least, will have the ability to work as part of a team.

Qualifications and experience:

• Bachelors degree from an accredited university (preferably in the field of nursing, psychology, social work, or related). Candidates currently pursuing a degree will be considered as well.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• At least one year in a customer service role, preferably in the health care setting.
