Are you ready to join Healing Pathways of Houston? We are a growing private practice serving clients in three locations. We offer counseling services to individuals, couples, families, children, and teens in the greater Houston area (Memorial, Heights, and Upper Kirby). Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for YOU! We are currently looking for another wonderful clinician to join our team to expand to our share a position between our main Memorial office and one (1) of our satellite locations in the Heights and Upper Kirby areas at the following addresses:

4151 Southwest Freeway, Suite 250, Houston, TX 77027, and

5151 Katy Freeway, Suite 314, Houston, TX 77007

Job Type: Full-time positions available, 1099 contract position, W-2 positions available for FULL-TIME clinicians with IRA retirement savings options, health benefits arriving in 2024!

Qualifications:

· Master’s degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or related field

· Current with all TX state licensing requirements (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, Associates will be considered if closer to full licensure)

· Current malpractice insurance

Ideal Candidate:

· You're reliable, motivated, and independent, so much so that you want to work in your own office and then join team events from time to time.

· You're able to be part of a team, and you're still able to have fun on your own, too!

· This position is ideal for a clinician who wants all of the support of a group practice and all of the independence of having a customized office space. You also wouldn't mind splitting time between The Heights/Upper Kirby offices and Memorial office locations.

· We want you to grow just as much as the practice grows -- do you feel the same about the practice? Then we're interested in you also!

· At least 1 - 2 years of clinical experience, please!

· We know this might be a tough one and may be a unicorn -- we're looking for someone who has experience with play therapy (working with kiddos), teens, couples, and families. Is this you? Please say, yes!

· Have you been credentialed with insurance panels before? If not, no sweat! We can help with that. We're just curious!

Responsibilities:

· We offer different ways to manage an individual caseload to work with your lifestyle (full-time options available)

· We do ask that you complete case notes within an ethical time frame per state board requirements

· You'll provide therapy services to individuals (children/teens/adults), couples, and families. You can provide group therapy, if you'd like. We will support these dreams if you have them!

· We share offices together! Not even the Executive Director has her own office, if that tells you a bit about our culture. No hierarchy here!
