RF Amplifier Wire Bonder / RF Amplifier Semi-Conductor Assembly

Ciao Wireless specializes in Low Noise and Medium Power Amplifiers & Subassemblies forCommercial, Defense and Hi-Rel applications. Designs are offered from 1 MHz to 50 GHz covering the various standard and specialty narrow and wide bands in-between. Ciao Wireless is hiring full-timeSenior, Junior and Entry-Level Wire Bonding/RF Amplifier Assembly persons to work at its Camarillo,CA facility. Training is available for those persons with the patience and work ethic to learn should you have little or no experience.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES:

• Must be able to use/work on components under a microscope
• Wire bonding (manual – wedge bonding and ball bonding and/or semi-automatic)
• Recognize and report defective material and equipment to supervisor
• Ribbon Attach / Ribbon Bonding
• Follow diagram specification and written work instructions
• Assemble, modify and rework components utilizing semi-conductor equipment
• Work from a die-map
• Die-Attach / Substrate Attach
• Observe ESD and safety practices and cleanroom practices
• Follow verbal and written instructions in completing assigned tasks

To perform this job successfully, an individual must possess the following skills/knowledge and abilities.The requirements below are a representation of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required to be successful in this position.

• Must be a US Person as defined under US Government DFARS as applicable and able to work legally around ITAR controlled products
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multi-task
• Work in a manufacturing environment and able to set/meet required production goals.
• Effective communication skills, must be able to read and write fluently in English
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience with the handling RF & Microwave Amplifiers preferred.
• Ability to use hand tools for inspection, i.e. height gages, calipers, micrometers, microscope, etc.

Education/Experience:

High school diploma required as a minimum

Or +2 years on the job training and secondary schooling directly related to the position, i.e. technical, skilled trade, etc.

Experience Preferred although not required.
