Technical/Functional Skills

• Extensive experience working in On-prem, Online and Hybrid MS Exchange environments is a must
• Experience in setting up MS Exchange Hybrid environment is a must
• Experience in Mailbox tenant migration is a must
• Experience in O365 Administration is a must.
• Experience in PowerShell scripting is a must.
• Experience in Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive is a plus.
• Experience in SendGrid is a plus
• Experience in MS Active Directory administration is plus
• Work on the daily tasks assigned to the Service now Support queue.
• Troubleshooting Mailbox issues
• Manage license provisioning.
• Communicates with stakeholders to understand business objectives
• Creates and maintains a product roadmap based on customer feedback and evolving priorities
• Keeps product aligned with business goals
• Translate the product vision into metric-based objectives and results.

Experience Required

• This individual should have a moderate to strong technical background with an understanding of software engineering and software development life cycle concepts and practices
• Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as engineering, computer science, database administration, or Management Information Systems (MIS) or equivalent job experience
• Ability to communicate clearly both in writing and verbally with both business stakeholders and technical resources
• Five or more years of product, analysis, technology, and/or design experience

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per hour
