We are Microsoft Partners, who wants small- medium businesses to be able to access enterprise-level solutions. Our people enjoy developing technical solutions, learning new technologies, and making our customers happy.
In addition to expanding our Engineering Department. For our office located in Newburgh, NY We are looking to bring on board a Microsoft Cloud Support Escalations Engineer. This person will serve as an escalation engineer to our internal service desk department.
The ideal candidate is expected to have solid experience in cloud-based tech, focused on Microsoft Azure with a firm grasp of emerging technologies, platforms, and applications, and the ability to customize them to help our business become more secure and efficient.
Job Description:
- Serves as an escalation engineer and proved third-level escalation support for our service desk department.
- Build and support Microsoft Cloud environments including M365, Azure, and Windows Servers
- In charge of the documentation of system and processes
- Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
- Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.
- Interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Cloud Engineer in a B2B IT environment
- 2-3 years of experience in the same role
- Proven software application troubleshooting skills.
- Extensive knowledge of cloud maintenance, and advanced industry knowledge
- Proven experience in handling escalation tickets
- Experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Intune, and Linux
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Microsoft Certification is a must
