We are a boutique managed service provider that specializes in helping firms implement secure Microsoft 365, Azure, and Dynamic 365 environments. We are Microsoft Partners, who wants small- medium businesses to be able to access enterprise-level solutions. Our people enjoy developing technical solutions, learning new technologies, and making our customers happy.

In addition to expanding our Engineering Department. For our office located in Newburgh, NY we are looking to bring on board a Microsoft Solutions Architect.

The ideal candidate is expected to have Senior level experience in cloud-based tech, focus on Microsoft Azure with a firm grasp of emerging technologies, platforms, and applications, and the ability to customize them to help our business become more secure and efficient.

Job Description:

• Provide support and technical governance, expertise related to cloud architectures, deployment, and operations.
• Serves as an escalation engineer and provides third-level escalation support for our service desk department.
• Develop solutions architecture and evaluate architectural alternatives for private, public, and hybrid cloud models, including IaaS, PaaS, and other cloud services.
• Build and support Microsoft Cloud environments including M365, Azure, and Windows Servers
• In charge of the documentation of the system and processes
• Identifying, analyzing, and resolving infrastructure vulnerabilities and application deployment issues.
• Regularly reviewing existing systems and making recommendations for improvements.
• Interacting with clients, providing cloud support, and making recommendations based on client needs.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Cloud Engineer in a B2B IT environment
• 10 years of experience in the same role
• Must be a solutions-oriented consultant with Linux Experience
• Proven software application troubleshooting skills.
• Extensive knowledge of cloud maintenance, and advanced industry knowledge
• Proven experience in handling escalation tickets
• Experience in Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure and Microsoft Intune
• Strong analytical and organizational skills
• Microsoft Certification is a must
