Job Description

This position is eligible for a $1000 Sign-On/Retention Bonus for qualified applicants upon hire.

Regular work schedule is 12-hour shifts 7p-7a 4-on/4-off including weekends. 7pm-7am hours worked will receive a .75 cent per hour shift premium

Start, stop, monitor, and adjust rice milling equipment, including paddy separators, and milling machines, to meet specific goals for quality and production; be able to start and stop the milling process in an emergency; monitor other systems related to rice milling (bran, hulls, etc.).

Work at heights of over 30 feet and in tight spaces, frequently climb ladders and stairs, shovel grain and lift 50# for extended periods of time, add and subtract 3-digit numbers, figure percentages, understand written instructions and print legibly.

Must be able to ride a man lift.

Knowledge of rice milling equipment operations and equipment maintenance helpful.

Education Requirements

Must have a high school diploma or GED
