Job description
- Responsible for architecture, design, installation/implementation and configuration of MDM Profiles/ policies. Major role includes providing Solutions, Implementation, configuration and troubleshooting of various platforms such as Workspace One, Microsoft Intune, Ivanti MobileIron etc.,
- Integration of Azure AD, RMS, SSO, MFA with native Mobility Platforms
- Coordinate project activities across customer, vendor and teams (Cloud, Server, Network etc).
- Standardisation of service development and lifecycle management project activities.
- Explaining plans agreed with managers to designers and developers.
- Identifying the hardware and software that will be needed.
- Organising the workloads of the technical teams in the most efficient way.
- Advising and suggesting future IT developments to managers or clients.
- Production of Low-Level Design Documents for multiple workplace services.
- Creating technical Documentation for new or existing services and Report creation.
- Planning for Disaster Recovery & High Availability systems.
- Work with customers to architect modern Desktop/Device management solutions using Windows 10/ Android/ iOS /macOS with any MDM.
- End-Points Life cycle management like feature update, upgrades etc.
- Assisting in design and implementation of the IT infrastructure, troubleshooting and provide solutions for problems and conflicts.
- Drive Service Acceptance into Business as usual as Operations Support.
- Support performance and functional testing of workplace services.
- Application Delivery infrastructure design and deployment for Windows 10, Android, iOS and macOS.
- Maintain an awareness of current developments in Digital Workplace and conduct research and development of new technologies.
- Provide advice, both reactively and pro-actively, to customers, projects and colleagues.
Analysing existing IT infrastructure to compare with best practices and Market standards
