We are a dynamic and fast-growing technology company seeking a passionate individual with a strong interest in mobile technology to join our team as a Mobile Device Service Desk Support. This is an excellent entry-level opportunity to develop your skills in the rapidly developing mobile side of IT support industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide email and telephone support to both internal and external clients.
• Utilize help desk software to keep an accurate account of tasks.
• Document steps taken and resolution for assigned tickets.
• Work with a variety of users to assist with smartphone and other mobile device troubleshooting.
• Build and develop working relationships with clients.
• Communicate effectively with peers, management, and clients.
• Learn products and plans across all wireless carriers.

Requirements:

• Well-familiar with both Apple and Android operating systems.
• Loves to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $26.00 per hour
