About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Digital Product Manager as part of the Strategy, Digital and Innovation (SDI) team. This group manages customer-facing digital channels, experiences, and capabilities serving Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking (CCIB) customers. The Mobile Products team has an exciting opportunity for an experienced mobile product manager to help transform the mobile experiences that we offer to our Commercial, Corporate & Investment Banking customers. This individual will form a holistic view of the user journeys in onboarding, payments, lending, capital markets, and insights to deliver delightful, frictionless, and consistent mobile experiences for our customers.

In this role, you will:
  • Understand the current landscape for mobile financial services in Commercial Banking as well as broader mobile trends and propose mid-term and long-term strategies to address those trends.
  • Collaborate with journey leads and product managers across the organization to identify addressable opportunities via mobile platforms. Lead the development and execution of complex digital business plans, programs and initiatives which have impact across the enterprise with broad impact
  • Make decisions in digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area requiring strong understanding of the business, policies, procedures and/or compliance requirements
  • Act as key participant in large-scale planning
  • Review and analyze complex digital strategy for product/functionality/experience area
  • Influence digital strategy for the business line requiring in-depth evaluation of multiple factors including intangibles or unprecedented factors
  • Lead a broad team of digital professionals to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Strategically collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues and mid-level to senior managers to resolve issues and achieve goals
  • Potentially lead projects, teams or serve as a peer mentor
Required Qualifications:
  • 5+ years of digital product management experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
Desired Qualifications:
  • Mobile Product Management experience
  • Prior experience establishing strategy for mobile capabilities and defining features and requirements as part of the overall mobile roadmap
  • Prior experience building and maintain relationships with a diverse team of partners across various business lines
  • Ability to develop and test hypotheses for moving the needle on customers' mobile experience
  • Ability to analyze and derive actionable insights and improvement opportunities from data and user research
  • Ability to be a key contributor and influencer on projects, helping translate business needs that contribute to enhancing or creating new mobile experiences
  • Innovative and out-of-the-box thinker who brings thought leadership to solving customer and related business problems

Pay range for New York City, NY: $115,900 - $206,100 annually

Pay range for San Francisco, CA: $115,900 - $206,100 annually

May be eligible for annual discretionary bonus.
