A Services Group, the leading provider of quality facility management services for manufacturing & industrial, distribution, healthcare, commercial, and educational facilities is in need of a Security Pool Monitor for our ASG affiliate located in Myrtle Beach SC.
We are accepting applications for Pool Monitor positions to become part of our team for both full-time and part-time attendants. The selected individual(s) will enforce rules and regulations at assigned pool as well as identify risks to staff and patrons
Pay Rate: $14.50Hr - $15.00 Depending on experience. Possible pay increase after 30 day probationary period. Probationary period based on attendance and performance.
Hours: Full-Time & Part-Time Hours Available
Saturday - Friday (12PM-10PM) 10hrs Daily
Responsibilities:
- Open and close pool area(s) at designated times
- Ensure glass does not enter pool grounds
- Check all bags and coolers for prohibited items
- Evacuate pool grounds during inclement weather
- Ensure all pool visitors have proof of permitted access
- Govern the conduct of members and guests who use the pool and surrounding area(s)
- Close Pools due to inclement weather
- Enforce all Rules & Regulations set by HOA
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma (or equivalent)
- Conflict resolution skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Must be a team player who is committed to delivering high-level customer service
- Adaptable and dependable with a solid attendance record
- Professional and respectful demeanor with all staff and guests at all times
- Ability to work independently and follow instructions with minimal supervision
