We are seeking a full-time Montessori Primary Lead Guide who is passionate about guiding children on their independent journey of lifelong learning, and who possesses a depth, love, and commitment to Maria Montessori's methodology and materials.

Position Description

We are seeking a full-time Montessori Primary Lead Guide (ages 3-6). Our Primary Lead Guide has the opportunity to grow quickly and steadily and take on a leadership role in our campus.

We are looking for an individual who is passionate about guiding children on their independent journey of lifelong learning, who possesses an understanding and curiosity of the Hero’s Journey, and wholly imbibes the Montessori philosophy.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• AMI, AMS, or MACTE Montessori certification for children 3-6yrs (preferred)
• A growth mindset and desire to work hard, solve problems, and improve on everything they do
• A strong teamwork ethic, a genuine desire to collaborate with colleagues, and a commitment to professionalism
• Experience working with children
• A passion & deep interest for the Montessori philosophy and the discipline to embody Montessori values at all times
• A commitment to practicing gentle, compassionate limit setting
• A willingness to work in a 10.5-month program (with ample time off for holidays and flexible hours during student breaks)
