Job description
The Mortgage Servicing Specialist is responsible for a variety of loan servicing functions including responding to borrower calls and e-mails, ensuring that loans board to systems correctly, preparing and delivering KPI reporting to management, requesting and tracking documents maintained by 3rd party vendors, and working with the sub-servicer to perform key loan level activities.

Reports To: Mortgage Servicing Manager
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or equivalent required
Claims, loss mitigation and foreclosure experience preferred, with a working knowledge of the mortgage industry required
1-3 years of mortgage experience required as well as previous servicing experience
Excellent customer service skills, with experience contacting borrowers
