As a Department Manager you'll be growing a dynamic business from day one. To put it simply, the purpose of your role is to empower and develop your team; all to ensure that your local customers can get everything they need from your department to practice their favourite sports; and most importantly, they have an amazing shopping experience in the process. We are looking for a future Store Leader who can take on the challenge of Department Manager to learn everything that's needed to be successful in Decathlon, before progressing quickly onto leading a Store!

Additional Information:
