Dennis Hernandez Expert Car Crash Lawyer seeks 3 to 10 year lawyers with experience in injuries from motor vehicle collisions, pre-suit and/or lawsuit cases. All offices available to work from: Tampa, Sarasota, Bradenton, Orlando, St. Petersburg, and Fort Myers, Florida offices.

ATTORNEY BENEFITS

8:30 to 5:30 hours M – F

Compensation $100k to $250k plus

Three (3) weeks PTO.

10 paid holidays per year

Qualified candidates must possess all the following credentials:

• Be admitted to practice law in the State of Florida

Key Responsibilities include:

• Assist in providing training and oversight to less experienced lawyers:
• Capable of independently handling either Pre-suit cases OR litigation cases up to trial.

Pre-suit Skills:

• Client regular communication
• Drafting / reviewing demands
• Negotiating settlements

Litigation attorney skills

• Drafting pleadings, motions, and memoranda of law
• Handling depositions, mediations, arbitrations and hearings
• Attending trials with lead attorney

• Florida City, FL: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
