As the National Insights Manager, your main priority is to provide important strategic and operational support to Executive Vice President, Off Premise Sales at Red Bull North America. You will partner with senior executives on the development of important strategic programs and business operations improvements within the Sales department. You will provide executive level advisership, project management and develop insights that inspire top-line strategy and tactical plans at Red Bull North America. You will report to the Executive Vice President, Off Premise Sales.

STRATEGIC PLANNING AND EXECUTION
Frame problems and propose structures/models that help the EVP better understand the problem and trade-offs
Be the subject matter expert by addressing inquiries, developing action plans, and assisting with the preparation and distribution of communications
Be a strategic partner to the EVP by consolidating needs, notes, and action items and leading operational follow-up of main projects
Use current insights resources to anticipate business needs and uncover sales opportunities, guide the annual business planning process, and provide leading edge solutions across all channels of trade within the Off Premise
Improve our business process by ensuring that tools and process are effective and aligned with overall strategy
ANALYSIS AND INSIGHTS
Assess data, produce insights and develop clear action plan to support growth
Identify business opportunities across all channels and provide qualitative and quantitative analytic recommendations to guide our top-line strategy and tactical plans
Interpret sales data, analyze results and provide relevant recommendations
Collect and connect important insights into compelling opportunities, customized to each audience
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Maintain operational excellence through program and process excellence, enhancing team performance
Timeline development, supporting teams to complete associated deliverables, and working collaboratively to prepare executive presentations
Prepare executive level communication for organization wide presentations
Cross-organization collaboration playing a crucial role in working with different teams and partners to identify requirements and prioritize
EXPERIENCE
Your areas of knowledge and expertise
that matter most for this role:
- 5+ years experience in an analytical management role in Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Experience with IRI, Numerator, and syndicated data
- Experience in Business/Management Consulting is a plus
- Knowledge of retail landscape (local as well as National accounts)
- High-Level understanding of reporting technology and capabilities
- Experience interpreting sales data, analyze results and provide actionable recommendations
- Bachelor's degree preferred or experience in lieu of degree
- English, additional languages an advantage
- Travel 20-30%
