For over 80 years, the company has been designing and manufacturing fully integrated washroom accessories, partitions, lockers and visual display products and is still growing.
We are seeking a National Sales Manager who:

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage 28 independent rep agencies with over 200 sales reps in the United States and Mexico to get products written as the basis of design by architects, get products specified by architects, and grow sales.
- Manage in-house sales representatives to get products written as the basis of design, get products specified by architects, and grow sales.
- Coordinate usage and accountability of the company CRM tool by the reps.
- Conduct quarterly reviews of the in-house and independent sales reps.
- Manage ongoing development of the specification-writing tool to support basis of design growth.
- Manage customer and architect relationships by traveling 1-2 weeks per month, seeing reps, customers, and architects.
- Participate in architectural centric trade events on behalf of company, speak at select events, and become a thought leader in the industry.
- Participate in the strategic and sales planning process for the architectural business.
- Deliver on the annual sales plan for the architectural business.
- Grow market share and basis of design across the product groups

Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business or years of experience in lieu of a degree
10 years of experience in sales and sales management

Pay: $150,000.00 - $225,000.00 per year
