Epsilon Systems Solutions, Inc. has a job opportunity for a full time Navy Qualified Validator (TS/SCI) in Newport, RI.

Summary: The Navy Qualified Validator will provide engineering and technical support to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center (NUWC) in Newport, RI. This work involves services that facilitate the RMF process and A&A processes associated with validation and sustainment of cybersecurity authorization packages.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge of all C&A subject areas with in-depth familiarity and understanding of Navy IT sites, systems and infrastructure and applies Navy C&A guidance to Navy C&A efforts.
• Strong writing skills to develop and maintain System Security Plans (SSP), Contingency Plans, Privacy Impact Assessments, Certification Reports, Accreditation Reports, Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M), and other C&A documentation.
• Demonstrates oral and written communication skills to work closely with all levels of personnel involved in IT operations and technical aspects of systems

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Required Experience as NQV: 1 Years, total years of experience at least 3 years
• Experience as NQV: 2 years
• Required Clearance: TS/SCI
• Required Certifications: IAT Level II/III or IAM Level III / Current listing on the SCA NQV list
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Effective team player with highly proficient customer service skills.
• Flexible and able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment.

• Regular communication (hearing/speaking).
• Noise conditions range from very quiet to very noisy.
• Prolonged use of computer (typing/keyboarding).
• Frequently required to sit for long periods of time, stand, and walk.
• Ability to travel by car, air or other means of transportation, if required.
