Key Responsibilities: -

• Design and implement complex software solutions using Microsoft technologies.
• Lead the development team in creating high-quality applications.
• Collaborate with other architects and developers to ensure that software solutions are properly aligned with business objectives.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation.
• Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in the .NET ecosystem.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in software development with a focus on .NET technologies.
• Strong knowledge of .NET Core, C#, ASP.NET, and SQL Server.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS.
• Proven track record of designing and implementing complex software solutions.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience with microservices architecture and containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert or Microsoft Certified: Azure DevOps Engineer Expert

· Work closely with cross-functional teams including product, design, and operations to ensure that our engineering efforts are aligned with the business objectives.

· Drive the development of high-quality software and products, ensuring that they meet our customers'' needs and expectations.

· Continuously monitor and improve engineering processes, tools, and methodologies to increase efficiency, productivity, and quality.

· Collaborate with other leaders in the organization to ensure that our engineering efforts are aligned with our company culture and values.

· Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

· Help with pre-sales effort like responding to RFPs, participate in orals and presentations.

What we are looking for:

· Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.

· 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.

· Strong technical skills and experience with modern software development methodologies, tools, and frameworks. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and initiatives. Passion for building high-quality products and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $80.00 - $85.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
