Sierra Tucson is looking for a Fulltime Neurofeedback Practitioner. We are looking for a master's degree, licensed professional with a background in bio and neurofeedback.

OVERVIEW/SUMMARY OF POSITION:
The Neurofeedback Practitioner will provide biofeedback and neurofeedback services through body and brain computer interfaces, specific to psycho-neuro-physiological evaluations. This important role will comprise hooking patients up to both EEG and Physiological measurement devices to administer protocoled evaluations. The Neurofeedback Practitioner is responsible for the data collection, data analyses, and data report generation from collected psycho-neuro-physiological findings. The Neurofeedback Practitioner will perform some additional patient training in bio/neurofeedback on a limited and supervised basis.
Other responsibilities will be to facilitate and co- facilitate neuromodulatory labs (AKA NeuroLabs) comprising up to six patients per group and will follow treatment protocols utilizing various biofeedback, electrical stimulators, and other neuromodulation devices. The Neuromodulation Technician is also responsible for maintaining and following Bio/Neurofeedback equipment maintenance protocol, identifying problems, and coordinating appropriate repairs; as well as equipment inventory and ordering. Performs limited case management functions such as session documentation, and if needed, will participate in case conferences and/or communication with referral sources.
The Neurofeedback Practitioner will participate effectively as a team member in the department and is expected to work well with other Department of Applied Neuroscience team members in responding to and working to resolve patient needs. The Neurofeedback Practitioner will report to the Director of Behavioral Applied Neuroscience and may be asked to provide coverage for other staff appointments, patient groups, lectures, and activities outside of their assigned department.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Connect patients to EEG, TMS and physiological measurement devices to administer evaluations and TMS treatment.
- Responsible for the data collection, data analyses, and data report generation from collected psycho-neuro-physiological findings.
- Perform additional patient training in bio/neurofeedback on a limited and supervised basis.
- Maintain and follow Bio/Neurofeedback equipment maintenance protocol. Identify problems and coordinate appropriate repairs.
- Manage equipment inventory and orders when needed.
- Perform limited case management functions, such as session documentation, and participate in case conferences and/or communication with referral sources if needed.
- Demonstrate a positive, empathetic and professional attitude towards customers always. When patient needs are not met, acknowledge and work to resolve complaints. Recognize that patient safety is a top priority.
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Connects patients to Bio/Neurofeedback equipment.
- Accurately collects psychoneurophysiological readings.
- Data enters psychoneurophysiological findings into Excel databases.
- Prepares data graphs, tables, and written form of psychoneurophysiological data.
- Assists Director of Behavioral Medicine with other data or computer interface functions, statistical preparation, and analyses as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILL REQUIREMENTS:
- Master’s degree in related field (Neurosciences, Pre-Med, Psychology, Nursing, etc.) required.
- Working or academic knowledge of Psychophysiology or Psychoneurophyisology required.
- Experience or exposure to Biofeedback and Neurofeedback preferred.
- Knowledge of TMS science and treatment delivery preferred.
EXPERIENCE:
- Experience or exposure to Biofeedback and Neurofeedback, preferred
- Working or Academic Knowledge of Psychophysiology or Psychoneurophyisology
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to maintain multiple tasks and prioritizes office coordination
- Works well as part of a team
- Basic computer literacy including knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet and data base applications
- Expertise in Microsoft Excel and Word

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
