This is a post-construction house cleaning position where you’ll clean new homes right after they’ve been built. Ground level or interior window cleaning may also be an optional service you may participate in this position.

When it comes to our post-construction cleaning, we don't deal quite so much with yucky bathrooms or kitchens! We hustle, work hard, and are on our feet every day to make each new house shine.

If you have no construction cleaning experience, you can start at $15/hr.*

*$15/hr consists of:

• $13.00/hr base hourly pay
• $2.00/hr Guaranteed bonus hourly pay (voided Only if the employee leaves without notice or violates the minimum 3-month commitment.)

Opportunities for raises to base hourly pay are available quickly depending on rate of progress and speed. This is a fast-paced work environment where consistent hustle and hard work are expected and valued.

At Royal Slopes you'll work on a clean, friendly team with crews typically ranging in size of 2-6 individuals, some solo work possible once experienced. We meet at one location every day, and go out from that location in company vehicles to perform our work throughout the Wasatch region. All equipment and cleaning supplies are provided. All drive time is paid.

Position Qualifications:

• No experience necessary to start, though experience is preferred
• All our recruits must be smoke-free, crime-free, drug-free - able to pass a background check, drug test, and nicotine test
• Required to have a smart phone with ability to use company-designated apps
• Driver's License required
• Ability to lift 30 lbs, reach above head, kneel, bend, stand, be detailed with hands, etc.
• Attention for detail
• Ability to learn new skills, techniques, work processes
• Reliably able to meet at our Lehi location each day
• Ability to balance good results with speed for efficient, quality work

Position Responsibilities:

• Clean thoroughly while balancing speed and quality appropriately
• Attention to detail, respect treatment of each property, etc.
• Professionalism to customers and team
• Willing to contribute in all position tasks and functions
• Adherence to company policy & employee commitments
• Positive attitude, hustle & work hard, respectful, professional
• Begin work around 7am and work until the day's jobs are done (we don't work past sunset and will usually get off by 6pm, usually earlier.

Do you have prior cleaning or related work experience? This is not required, but a plus. We find that if you have experience with janitorial, house cleaning, janitor duties, construction cleanup, restaurant service, or as an office cleaner, carpet cleaner, commercial cleaner, window cleaner, or other similar industries, then you will likely excel here.

For Full-Time: Minimum 3 month commitment - signed with other employment agreements and policy handbooks

For Part-Time: Minimum 4 month commitment - signed with other employment agreements and policy handbooks

Some pay is contingent on honoring basic employee commitments, such as the 3-4 month commitment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
