Responsibilities:

• Answer customer questions about products and services. Recommend additional items that may be of interest to the customer. Soeak confidently and accurately about our TJX rewards program. Answer customer billing inquiries and resolve billing issues. Responsible for the processing of cash, checks and credit card transactions in a retail environment. Perform basic math functions such as addition, subtraction and division for cash, check and credit transactions. Perform all other duties as assigned.
