Since 1971 Mikes has been serving up out of this world food, and over the last 50 years we have had the pleasure of building an incredible and loyal customer base, but our dedicated staff continue to be the secret sauce to our recipe! We have an unbelievable team here at Mike’s and we’re hoping you’ll join us!

We are currently looking to add a full time cook to the BOH team at our brand new North Portland location. Open availability is a big plus, hourly base wage $16.25-$17/hr depending on experience. Tips are pooled evenly among staff, bumping hourly wages to $19.25-$22/hr on average.

No experience? – We will train you to help build skills that you can utilize for a lifetime!

Seasoned veteran? – We would love to see how you can help us elevate our service and improve your skills along the way.

All BOH staff are responsible for the preparation of food according to our standard recipes. They’re responsible for maintaining standardized quality and consistency of the food. This is a high volume kitchen, so the ability to work quickly and calmly with accuracy is key.
