The Village at Proprietors Green (VPG) is a well-established 149-unit Senior Living Community offering a continuum of independent, assisted and memory care apartments with a strong reputation of caring and empathy. We are part of Welch Senior Living, a family-owned provider of Senior services for over 65 years.Requirements:
Current MA LPN/RN registration
Previous experience working with Seniors in an Assisted Living environment is preferred, but not required.
Available positions:
- Weekend position - Saturday, Sunday and Monday from 9am - 5:30pm with flexibility.
- Per Diem positions are also available
- Assists in the provision of care and services to residents.
- Assists in the assessment of potential residents and assists in the establishment of a resident service plan.
- Updates resident service plans every 6 months and/or as circumstances change.
- Acts as a liaison between residents and family members.
- Coordinates and documents personal care services, medical appointments and access to skilled services when indicated.
- Oversees emergency response procedures and responds to medical emergencies.
