Rockwood Clinic is seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner or PA-C to join our Healthy Behavior team.

Requirements:

• 1+ year of clinical Advanced Practice Provider experience
• Washington State license by time of employment
• Board certified/eligible at time of employment
• DEA, NPI and prescriptive authority
• Current BLS for healthcare providers by the American Heart Association

Position Details:

• Concentration on Addiction Medicine and Recovery – Opiate Use Disorder, Alcohol and Tobacco addiction

• Clinic Staffing – 4 Exam Rooms, 1 MD, 2 PAs, 2 CMA, 1 RN Care Coordinator, 2 administrative staff

• Hybrid Schedule – M 10am-4:40pm (Onsite at Clinic), Tues 10am-5pm (remote/virtual), Friday 10am-4:40pm (remote/virtual)
