Nurse Practitioner - Urgent Care

Our client is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to join one of their Urgent Care Centers located just South of Las Vegas, NV.

Schedule:
- Full time, Monday-Friday, flexible start/end time
Compensation: $110,000 - $140,000/yr base salary, plus a 12.5% performance bonus and a $7500 sign on bonus

Urgent Care Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive physical evaluations in an urgent care setting
- Develop individualized care plans and ensure appropriate follow up through the care continuum
- Assure preventative health measures are being adhered to
- Work collaboratively with a Physician and interdisciplinary team
- Prescribe all necessary medications/treatments and educate patients/families about medication usage
- Orders, interprets and evaluates diagnostic tests to identify patients’ health care needs
Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Nursing
- Licensed Family or Adult Geriatric Nurse Practitioner in the state of Nevada
- 1+ year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner, preferably within Urgent Care or Emergency Medicine

Pay: $123,000.00 - $157,000.00 per year
